Not quite happy with the experience, Nelva Puertolas was ok only issue is that it seemed like she was in a rush? I couldn’t really talked to her how i wanted because she was moving too fast, i had to ask her to wait as she was opening the door to leave to ask her the questions i needed about birth control, but she didn’t even bother to come back and sit down, she was answer standing right next to the door, it’s frustrating because i paid $50 for a “consult” and i only got short answers, no further explanation and and all of this as she was about to leave the room, she doesn’t really gives you room to talk so what’s the point in paying if you’re not getting what you’re paying for?

She pretty much gaslighted me. Worst doctor I have seen in a while, showed no care or compassion for my pregnancy/ offered no help w my symptoms and was rude. I hope no one gets this awful doctor.
